Amazon EU Wholesale Scanner
Scan supplier lists for all European Amazon marketplaces. Real FBA fees for each country, automatic VAT calculation, IOSS compliance. One upload, all EU markets analyzed.
Supported European Marketplaces
Analyze products for any Amazon EU marketplace. Each country has different FBA fees, referral rates, and VAT requirements — our scanner handles all of them automatically.
VAT Calculation for EU Sellers
VAT makes or breaks EU wholesale deals. Our scanner calculates real profit after VAT, so you see actual margins — not inflated numbers that ignore tax obligations.
What We Calculate:
- Input VAT — VAT you pay on wholesale purchases
- Output VAT — VAT you collect on Amazon sales
- Net profit — Real margin after all VAT obligations
- IOSS support — For non-EU sellers shipping to EU
Pan-EU vs EFN Fulfillment
Selling across EU marketplaces? Our scanner shows profit for both fulfillment methods:
Pan-European FBA
Inventory distributed across EU warehouses. Lower fulfillment fees, faster delivery, but requires VAT registration in multiple countries.
- ✓ Lower FBA fees
- ✓ Prime delivery across EU
- ✓ Higher sales velocity
European Fulfillment Network (EFN)
Inventory stays in one country. Higher cross-border fees, but simpler VAT. Good for testing new markets.
- ✓ Single VAT registration
- ✓ Simpler compliance
- ✓ Lower barrier to entry
Built for European Wholesale Sellers
Wholesale on Amazon Europe is fundamentally different from US wholesale. You deal with 8 marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, SE, PL), 4 different currencies (EUR, SEK, PLN, plus GBP for UK), local VAT rates from 19% to 25%, and 53 referral fee categories with both threshold-mode and tiered rules. A US-built FBA calculator misses most of this. Profit Scanner is built ground-up for European wholesale: localized supplier list parsing, accurate per-marketplace fees from the 2026-02-01 Rate Card Europe, VAT handling per country, and GPSR / CE / EPR risk detection.
How EU rate-card mathematics actually works
Three calculation modes coexist on Amazon EU. Flat (e.g. Home & Kitchen 15% across all prices). Threshold (e.g. Beauty 8% if total ≤ €10, jumps to 15% the moment price hits €10.01 — the whole price pays the new rate, not just the portion above). Tiered (e.g. Furniture 15% on the first €200 then 10% on the remainder; Watches 16% on first €1500 then just 3% above — luxury watches have effective rates around 5-6%). We replicate all 53 categories with the right mode, validated against PDF and cross-checked against 30,815 production scan rows on Beauty alone.
Pan-EU, EFN, CEP, DE Only — fulfillment options compared
Pan-EU spreads inventory across 6 fulfillment center countries — lowest per-unit fees but you need VAT registrations in each country. EFN (European Fulfillment Network) keeps stock in one country and ships cross-border — convenient but higher per-unit fees. CEP (Central Europe Programme) stocks in DE / PL / CZ — middle ground. DE Only is exactly what it sounds like, with a small surcharge per unit. Our scanner shows all four fee modes side-by-side per product so you can choose strategy with real numbers.
Risk detection specific to EU
We flag 9 risk types per row: IP / brand ownership, gated category requirements, GPSR compliance (EU General Product Safety Regulation, effective Dec 2024), CE marking requirements, EPR registration (Extended Producer Responsibility — required in DE for packaging, batteries, electronics), HAZMAT restrictions, oversize products requiring separate FBA programmes, low sales velocity, and price erosion patterns. A 5-row preview is on every paid plan.
FAQ — Amazon EU Wholesale Scanner
How does the Amazon EU FBA calculator handle multiple marketplaces?
You upload one wholesale list and select your target marketplace (Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland). We pull live data from that local Amazon catalog, compute fees with the local VAT rate (DE 19%, FR/IT/ES 20-22%, NL 21%, BE 21%, SE 25%, PL 23%), and show profit in EUR or local currency. To compare a single product across marketplaces, run the scan once per market — same supplier file works for all.
Which EU referral fee categories are supported?
All 53 official Amazon EU rate-card categories with their full tier and threshold logic: flat-rate categories (Home & Kitchen 15%, Pet 15%, Sports 15%, Electronics 7%), threshold-mode (Beauty 8% under €10 / 15% over, Baby 8%/15% at €10, Grocery 5%/15% at €10, Home & Kitchen 8% under €20 / 15% over), tiered-mode (Furniture 15% on first €200 / 10% above, Electronics Accessories 15% / 8% at €100, Watches 16% / 3% at €1500, Jewelry 20% / 5% at €250). Validated against the Rate Card Europe 2026-02-01 PDF.
Does the scanner handle VAT and IOSS for EU sellers?
Yes. Each marketplace uses its local VAT rate by default; you can override per scan if you operate under specific rules. For sellers shipping cross-border in EU, the scanner accounts for the destination-country VAT (since OSS / IOSS rules apply on B2C sales). For sellers using Amazon's VAT Calculation Service, the numbers match Amazon's settlement reports.
Can I upload EAN codes from any European supplier format?
Yes. We auto-detect the EAN, MPN, supplier SKU and price columns from any standard CSV or Excel format. We handle Excel's leading-zero stripping (auto-pads 11-digit codes back to UPC-A 12-digit), scientific notation (4.06E+12 → 4060000000000), and EAN-13 with leading zero. No manual file cleanup required.
What is the difference between Pan-EU and EFN for FBA fees?
Pan-EU stores your inventory in multiple EU fulfillment centers (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic) and ships locally to each marketplace — lower per-unit fees. EFN (European Fulfillment Network) keeps inventory in one country and ships cross-border — higher per-unit fee but no inventory split. Our scanner shows Pan-EU and EFN fees side-by-side so you can compare strategies on each product.
Do I need an Amazon Seller Central account to scan?
No. The scanner runs from public Amazon.de / .it / .fr / .es catalog data plus your wholesale list. You can validate suppliers and price lists before opening a Seller Central account. Once you have one, optional integrations are available but not required for core functionality.
How does this compare to ScanUnlimited or Analyzer.Tools?
ScanUnlimited and Analyzer.Tools are US-focused: Amazon.com data, USD currency, US sales tax. Profit Scanner is built for the European market: every Amazon EU marketplace with correct VAT, the 2026 EU rate card, GPSR product compliance signals, and EU-specific risk detection (CE marking, EU brand registry, EPR registration). For European wholesale sourcing, the local data accuracy is the difference.
What about Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, and Belgium?
Supported. SE and PL use their own market-specific rate tables (SEK and PLN currency thresholds — different from EUR rates by category). NL and BE use EU-aligned rates with local VAT (21%). All 8 European Amazon marketplaces have correct fee logic in our resolver.
