Report illegal content or a copyright infringement

Profit Scanner stores files and data that users upload (price lists, product data, support messages). If you believe something stored on our service is illegal, or infringes your copyright, tell us with the form below. You do not need an account.
What to include
Under the EU Digital Services Act (art. 16), a notice should contain:
- where the content is — the exact web address (URL) or, if there is none, enough detail for us to find it;
- why you believe it is illegal — a clear explanation;
- your name and email address — so we can reply to you;
- your confirmation that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.
What happens next
- You get an email confirming that we received your notice, with a reference number.
- We review the notice diligently, objectively and without arbitrary decisions.
- We email you our decision, the reasons for it, and how you can contest it.
- If we remove or restrict content, we tell the user who uploaded it why, and how they can contest the decision.
Please do not send notices that you know to be unfounded. We may stop processing notices from someone who repeatedly sends manifestly unfounded ones.
Copyright notices (DMCA)
For a copyright notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)), choose "Copyright infringement" in the form and include:
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- where the infringing material is on our service;
- your name, email address and, if you want, postal address and phone;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your signature (typing your full name counts as an electronic signature).

Counter-notice. If your content was removed after a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake, reply to our email with a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3): identify the removed material and where it was, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, give your name, address and phone, consent to the jurisdiction described in that section, and sign.
Repeat infringers. We close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
